By accessing www.voicemysite.com or purchasing services from Voice My Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
We design and deploy voice-enabled homepage experiences, including AI voice agents trained on client website content, hero integration, lead capture flows, and optional booking or custom qualification upgrades. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your proposal, order form, or statement of work.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, website access when needed, and approval before launch. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI voice features complies with applicable laws, industry regulations, and consent requirements in your jurisdiction.
Fees and payment
Setup fees, monthly care fees, and add-ons are due as stated at checkout or in your agreement. Monthly services continue until cancelled according to your agreement. Late or failed payments may pause service.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our frameworks, templates, and underlying tooling. Upon full payment, you receive the rights needed to use the delivered voice experience on your website as described in your agreement. Third-party voice, hosting, or calendar tools remain subject to their own terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, to impersonate others, to harvest data without consent, or to transmit content that infringes third-party rights.
Disclaimers
Voice AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for reviewing agent behavior before launch and monitoring conversations that affect customers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
